Non-Blocking Issues
- QUIC WASM Backend: Placeholder implementation, awaiting actual WASM module
- QUIC Test Failures: 3/9 tests fail due to ESM/CJS mismatch (validation only)
- Rust Warnings: 7 cosmetic warnings in WASM compilation (unused variables)
